Operator: StageDeck is a DossierDeck tool. DossierDeck is an independent software studio. Support: support@dossierdeck.com, hello@dossierdeck.com.

1. Service & Pricing

One-time $4.99 payment for a 24-hour pass (up to 10 HD renders). No subscription. Card statement charges appear as DOSSIERDECK.

2. Virtual Staging Disclosure Responsibility

You retain rights to the photos you upload and the staged images you download. Most MLSs and real estate portals require virtually staged photos to be clearly disclosed. StageDeck includes an optional “Virtually staged” label on downloads (enabled by default), and you are responsible for disclosing virtual staging where required by your MLS or local regulations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree only to upload photos you have permission to use and not to abuse rate limits or automated endpoints.

4. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
