We offer a 30-day full refund, unconditional, on your StageDeck Pro Pass purchase. One-time $4.99 payment for a 24-hour pass (up to 10 HD renders). No subscription.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@dossierdeck.com (or hello@dossierdeck.com) with the email address used at Stripe checkout, or use the Contact Support form on StageDeck. We process full refunds back to your original payment method promptly.
