Operator: StageDeck is a DossierDeck tool. DossierDeck is an independent software studio.

1. Room Photos & Local Browser Storage

When you upload or take a photo of a room, the photo is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to Google's Gemini API to generate the virtual staging or decluttered image. StageDeck does not store your photos on its servers. Instead, your original room photo and generated renders stay in your browser's local IndexedDB (stagedeck_cache) so your preview survives Stripe checkout. Clearing your browser data deletes them immediately.

2. Gemini API Processing

Google processes API requests under the paid Gemini API terms and does not use paid API data to train its models.

3. Camera Access

If you use the camera option to photograph a room, camera video stays strictly in your browser. Only the still frame you choose to use is processed for staging.

4. Analytics, Advertising & Enhanced Conversions

Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and ad performance. In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland (CH), analytics and advertising storage remain denied unless you grant consent via our cookie banner. When you purchase a StageDeck Pro Pass, a SHA-256 hashed email address may be sent to Google Ads for enhanced conversions attribution.

5. Payments via Stripe

All card payments are processed directly by Stripe. StageDeck never sees or stores your credit card number.
